Harrison’s Restaurant Rental Information
Thank you for considering Harrison’s Restaurant for your event! Below is information and pricing for the rental of our restaurant. Option 1: Rental of entire facility: Dining room, Bar area and Main Street patio space ( patio rental available mid-June to mid-October)
$6000 rental fee + all additional food, N/A beverages, alcohol and taxes. An additional 20% gratuity will be added to the total (event fee, tax and all food and beverage)
A pre-selected menu is required for rental of entire restaurant . Menu options will be presented to choose from. Typically 2-3 appetizers, 2 salads, 3-4 entrees and 2 dessert choices. Menu will be pre-selected for each guest at least 2 weeks prior to event date for planning purposes.
Group will have full access to the entire restaurant for the evening. Typically, a cocktail reception with appetizers on the patio followed by dinner inside the restaurant is a format that many groups find enjoyable, especially in the summer and fall months in Stowe.
Event hours duration: start at 5:00pm, end at 9:30pm. All guests clear of venue by 9:45pm
Option 2: Patio Rental Only
$1300 rental fee + all food, N/A beverages, alcohol and taxes. An additional 20% gratuity will be added to the total (rental fee, all food and beverage, taxes)
A minimum purchase of $800 for food and beverage is required. Any shortage will be added to total.
Full menu or limited menu is available
Dedicated server for the group throughout the evening
A maximum of 15-20 guests permitted for rental of patio area (2 tables for up to 15 guests, separate tables for up to 20 guests)
Event hours duration: 5:00-pm-8:30pm. All guests clear of venue by 9:00pm
Other Information:
*Due to the small size of our restaurant, 46 total guests for renting out Harrison’s is the maximum. No exceptions. Patio maximum is 20 total guests.
*A minimum of 3 months lead time is required for booking entire restaurant. Patio rental lead time is 1.5 months
*Full payment of the rental fee is due at least 30 days from event date. Cancellation of event inside 30 days will incur a 50% penalty of rental fee
